Born and raised in the Seattle area, David has been in residential construction for over 16 years. Taking his passion for and expertise in building to the next step, he founded D. Mitchell Homes, Inc. He believes each home should be built as if it was his own and that extraordinary value should be delivered to clients.

To achieve this, you can find David onsite carefully managing projects and applying his experience daily to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. He also takes great care to build relationships with present and future clients, and when needed, to educate them on maintenance and improvements to help maximize their investment.
